501 epoxy diluent, also known as propylene oxide butyl ether, is a linear aliphatic mono-epoxy diluent, and its foreign name is B G E.
This product has the advantages of low viscosity and good dilution effect. It can be widely used for the dilution of epoxy materials such as solvent-free insulating paint, epoxy potting encapsulation material, solvent-free epoxy floor coating, epoxy adhesive, etc. At the same time, the high epoxy value high-quality fraction (660 A) can be used as a modified material for aliphatic amines, imidazoles and other amine curing agents.

692 Epoxy Reactive Diluent
The scientific name of 692 epoxy resin reactive diluent is propylene oxide benzyl ether. It is a glycidyl ether type epoxy active diluent prepared by reacting benzyl alcohol and epichlorohydrin to etherate under the action of a catalyst, and then ring-closing and epoxidizing with sodium hydroxide.

Features and applications:
692 epoxy active dilution gap has the characteristics of low viscosity, low toxicity, low volatility (boiling point 257℃), and almost odorless. It is an ideal choice to replace the commonly used 501 (660) to improve the working environment. It is especially suitable for use in poorly ventilated environments such as airtight cabins.
As an epoxy resin diluent, the general dosage is 10-15 times the weight of the resin and no more than 30%.
692 reactive diluent can improve the toughness of the cured product without reducing the heat resistance.
Since 692 reactive diluent contains epoxy group, it can react with curing agent, so the amount of curing agent needs to be increased accordingly.
692 reactive diluent can be used to make adhesives; resin castings and potting materials for electrical insulation; make thick build paints, solvent-free paints, floor coatings, etc.
